WEBSTER The community of Webster, home to 5,890 residents, is bounded on the North by the community of City Heights, on the south by Interstate 94, on the east by Euclid Avenue, and to the west by Interstate 805. We are currently working with community residents and resident-led organizations to continually update this portion of our web site with updated photos and stories that will offer a view from the windows and lives of the people who share the rich history and culture of this community.
